What is going on with little old me???

It has been a few weeks since last posting a Blog.  But I have you know, that I have been pretty busy!

Saturday July, 29-We had a party for little Bailee.  For those of you who don't know, she turned 3 July 25th.  Such a big girl now!  Anyway, I threw her a "Backyard Water Birthday Party".  We had a slip-n-slide, kiddie pool and sprinklers for the kids to play in. 

It ended up becoming a HUGE party!  She had so many friends and family there.  And all the kids seemed to enjoy themselves.

WOW!  That was a whole lot!! 

Anyway, so her party was a huge event.  She ended up with more presents than a kid would normally receive for Christmas from Santa! LMAO

Last Saturday we went to Santaquin for my brother Kayden's babtism.  After the babtism, we hopped in the car for a long drive to Coalville.  You see, every year my family (on my mom's side) goes to a Demolition Derby there.  It is a yearly event that we have been doing since before I can even remember. 

Yeah, we have been pretty busy this summer.  Well, at least since the end of June.  And it doesn't look like it is going to let up any time soon.

This weekend we will be going to St. George to see Eric's family.  They have just returned from their 2 year mission to New Zealand.  We are excited to see them and the rest of the family that we haven't seen in quite some time. 

I am grateful that this month is a busy one for me!  I have a lot that I would rather NOT think about this month.  So the busier the better!!!

But I do also anticipate the month of September.  It will be a much slower month for me.  I can't wait to have a weekend where I am not running around all over the place!  I could definatley use a wonderful weekend to myself.  Or just home with my family. 

I also anticipate the peace of mind that will come with September.  August is a, well, okay, shitty month for me this year.  A lot of crap that I am dealing with.  But, whatever!  I will prevail, I will grow and eventually heal!
