What is his name? Eric...but I usually call him Johnny, Air, or Honey
How long have you been together? Married for 4 1/2 years
How long did you date? We met when I was 18...went on a couple dates...became best friends for a little over a year, and then we started dating 'exclusivly' in June of 2002.
How old his he? 28
Who eats more? He does
Who said i love you first? I did. We were in a Wendy's drive-thru in Park City...and I looked over him after he made me laugh, and I said, "You know, I am falling in love with you"
Who is taller? Eric is
Who can sing better? I think we both argue at who can...it really just depends on the song
Who is smarter? He'd say me...and so would I.
Who does the laundry? ME! Although, he surprised me Friday night...I came home from work and he was just about done with it! :)
Who pays the bills? He pays his student loans, and I pay the rest
Who sleeps on the right side? He does
Who mows the lawn? We don't have a lawn to mow...although, he'd be the one to do it. With having 7 younger brothers, I've never mowed a lawn in my life.
Who cooks dinner? Depends
Who drives? I do. And I hate it! But, my eyesight is better...and he can't stand how much of a backseat driver I am
Who is more stubborn? Me! Totally!! But, lately, he is learning how to be...and I hate it!
Who kissed who first? He kissed me first...we were watching a movie at his apartment
Who asked who out first? He did
Who proposed? There wasn't really a 'proposal'...we just decided to get married. (Have you know I was also 8 months pregnant with his child!)...but...a couple weeks before our wedding...I started freaking out that he didn't even propose...(I was just finding an excuse to fight with him)...he came over to my dad's house that Saturday...picked me up...took me for a drive up the mountains...got out...grabbed a dozen roses out of the trunk, got down and proposed...It was soooo cute!!
Who has more friends? I do...for some reason he didn't want to stay in touch with his old friends. He's not too social.
Who is more sensitive? Definately ME!
Who has more siblings? I do.
Who wears the pants? Oh, that's an easy one...ME! (not kidding either...even ask him) I need to let him wear them more...but growing up, being the only girl of 7 younger siblings...it's hard to loose the bossy streak! lol
For all my friends and family who read this.....TAG, you're it...

Lifes' Changes......Good and Bad...
Ok, so...
These past 6 months have been, pretty much the hardest....on our whole lil family...luckily NOT too hard!
As most already know, I lost my wonderful job at Merrill Lynch in early September. Way, way, WAY hard!!! I loved my job so much! But, luckily I was able to collect unemployment and stay home with Bailee for almost 5 months.
Bailee and I did some MAJOR bonding in those months. We became sooooo close! Doing everything together, everyday....
Well, I finally got a new job at Raymond James Financial Services....I actually started today...I love it! But, it was sooooo hard to leave Bailee. Eric said she was so sad this morning when she woke up and Mommy wasn't there....and when I called her the few times during work...she kept telling me to hurry....and that I was taking 'toooo long'. Last night was the cutest...it proves how kids say the darnedest things...I was telling her how I had to start working, and wouldn't be able to stay home with her anymore. She kept asking if she could go with me to work...and I told her 'no'....well...then she says, "Mommy, when you loose your job again, can you stay home with me?" Eric and I both burst out laughing. It was just too cute!!
Anyway, back to the "bad" things in life right now....as most of you know....Eric has been working two jobs while I've been unemployed...His main full-time job, and a part-time job where he was working graveyard shifts a few times a week. He put in his two-weeks notice for the part-time job, right when we found out I got my new job. Well, last Wednesday when he got to work, (his main job)...they told him that they were going to let him go...(no warnings....never been reprimanded...never been verbally told he needed to change, or that he was ever doing anything wrong)...they are just moving in a different direction, and they felt it best that they get rid of most of the staff. (They let go about 5 people, total)
I haven't totally registered in my mind that he is no longer working at that job...but, luckily he was able to 're-nig' his two-weeks notice at his other job...and tell them that he can work full-time....just no graveyards...except on the weekends...which is good. But, it pays nearly $3 dollars LESS than his other job...AND...it's clear in Herriman....an hours drive away from our home....(so, after filling up with gas...and putting all those miles on the car....he'll be pretty close to breaking-even on the paycheck...not worth it to me) Blah!!!! At least I got my job...or else...I'd hate to think of what we'd be doing....
And to add the icing to the cake...after we've had our darling kitty, Tipsie, for about 6 months....we were told last week that we had 24 hours to get rid of her. (Because, we aren't supposed to have any pets in our stupid townhome)...EW!!! That one irked me soooo bad! I started crying when I got off the phone with our managers....she has become such a part of our family!! She is, SERIOUSLY, the best Cat I've EVER had! And, believe me...I've had A TON of cats!! She has the best personality...she is snugly, and playful...and LOVES Bailee to pieces. Not to mention....Bailee totally adores her. That was HER birthday present.... Anyway, she is with my friend, Erika right now...until we decide what we are doing with her. Bailee cries every night at bedtime for her. And, I notice myself walking in the door expecting her to be right there meowing at me to pick her up and love on her.
Ok...and....even more heartbreaking....(I know, there is MORE?)...We've been trying to conceive a child for 2 1/2 years now...with absolutely NO LUCK! My Dr. finally put me on Clomid...and all but guaranteed me to get pregnant within the first month of taking it...I took it like I was told to...and guess what? Nope, no baby! I thought, FOR SURE this time....I even FELT pregnant...I was even LATE!! But, with no success...I'm still just as much NOT PREGNANT as I was last month. So, I started my second bought of Clomid today....who knows...maybe this time...maybe...I'm done getting my hopes up. I'm all but giving up after another month of these fertility drugs....because...holy crap....they do a NUMBER to my body. Aching cramps around the time I was supposed to be ovulating...worse than I've EVER had. I couldn't even stand for about two days....Eric was so worried about me, wanted me to go to the Emergency Room.
Anyway, enough going on and on and on about my, not so perfect, life.
But, do you know what? I still wouldn't trade it for anything. I am more in love with my husband than I've ever been. And, I truly know what it feels like to be a mother and ache for your child....Bailee and I have such a deep bond that I really don't think we would have if I wouldn't have been able to spend the past 5 months together with her, everyday. I love my family. No matter what struggles come our way, I know that we are going to be able to endure them together, and we will end up on top. As long as we are together!!
