THANKFUL THURSDAY

It's that time of the week again... Time for my list of thankfuls... Although, this week I am just going to post a bunch of pictures of things that make me happy...things I am thankful for in my life....

These are in no particular order....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

It's not so bad... so what? I'm now a 27 year old... And what a fantastic day!! It's already started out wonderfully!! I woke up to a voicemail from my Mom ... (she stayed up late so that it'd be midnight my time...) Bailee called me on my way into work...

Thankful (belated) Thursday

So, I really wanted to do a Thankful Thursday post yesterday, but I got busy and forgot... so I am doing it today...

I am thankful for so many fabulous friends! I celebrated my birthday last Saturday night and was sooooo happy that so many people showed up! It was a lot of fun! All of my friends don't run in the same circles.... I've kinda always been that way. I have friends of all types. At my party there were my work friends... (Erik, Joe, Juan, and James) There was my brother (Nick) whom I've been friends with for LIFE! There was my friend from when I worked at Merrill Lynch (Megann and Noel) My best friend from high school and her husband...(Erika and Joe) My best friend from St. George and her boyfriend (Lizzy and Sean) and my really good buddy Ryan. (plus all the other people that they also brought with them...all in all there was a total of 17 people) I love all of my friends. They are all so great and keep me laughing. I consider them family.

I am sooo happy and excited and THANKFUL that I get to see Bailee this weekend and next!! Once I get off work today I am heading to Fillmore to meet up with Eric and get Bailee. We will be spending the weekend in Provo at my grandparents. And then next weekend she and Eric are coming up to spend Halloween up here. I am soooooooooooooo incredibly excited!! I just can't wait until she is home to STAY!

I am thankful for such a great family. Tomorrow we are celebrating my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary and THE WHOLE FAMILY will be here!!! I am looking forward to seeing my aunt Dayna, her kids, and her husband. I am also looking forward to having my Mama here as well. Oh, and I'm INCREDIBLY excited to see my little brother, Alex!!! I haven't seen him in almost 2 years! Last time I saw him he was still a shorty... but, from what he says... he's now 5'4". Now, I am only 5'4&1/2"... that's CRAZY! It is going to be a great weekend and I am SO VERY HAPPY!

I'm still not looking forward to my birthday. I don't want to get any older. I don't want to spend it without Bailee. I just want it to go away....

Yes, I know I have been M.I.A. on my blog as of late...

I just haven't felt like blogging. At. All.

I'll be back, I just don't know when.

I'm sure I'll do little posts now and then...

I have been doing good. Just haven't been into blogging about it.

8 more days until I am another year older.... yuck.

I celebrated my birthday last Saturday. It was a LOT of fun and I had a LOT of people come out to support me. I love my friends!! Eventually, maybe, I'll blog about it.

Bailee will be here this weekend and next weekend!! I'm super excited for that!!!

No worries though, I am still reading your blogs!!

Thankful Thursday

I swear I say this every week... But time really does seem to be passing by at an alarmingly high speed!! It feels like just 2 days ago was last Thursday!!!

Anyway, here it goes:

1) Dental Insurance: Last Friday, while eating a bean burrito at work for lunch, one of my teeth broke. Holy pain!!! And random.... I mean, I was eating something so super soft! What the H? Anyway... I had to find a dentist, pronto, that could squeeze me in for an emergency visit. I am thankful that I have the insurance to help cover the costs. However, it is STILL going to cost me an arm and probably 1/2 a leg... I have to get a root canal AND a crown. :( .... They actually started the root canal on Friday, but my stupid mouth wouldn't cooperate and fully numb, so they weren't able to finish. I have an appointment this afternoon to hopefully finish what they started.

2) BAILEE NICOLE!: Miss Bee and I had a super fantastic, way awesome, fun-filled weekend! It was soooooo good to spend one on one time with her and I seriously can't wait until she is home for good!! I will do a separate post with pictures... I love that little girl so very much!!

3) Family: On the 24th of this month we are celebrating my grandparents 50th Anniversary!!! Which means the whole family will be here!! My mama will be flying in with my brother, Alex... (whom I have not seen in over a year and a half!)... my Auntie Dayna will be flying in with her hubby and kiddos! I am really excited to spend time with everyone on my Mom's side... :D

4) Creative Talent: Oh, heaven's NO! I'm not talking about me.... I lack creativity in many areas. The wife of one of my co-workers just made me some really stinking cute block letters in Bailee's name. I will be creating a post dedicated just to her and the super cute letters... but, until I do... you can check out her blog here. Thanks Michaela!!

5) This weather: I know I talked about how thankful I was for the cooler weather last week. But, I am STILL so thankful for it! I love it, I love it, I LOVE IT!!! I love having the windows open, I love sitting on my balcony, I love being outside!! Aaaahhhh! I just looooove Fall!

Thankful Thursday

I am soooo incredibly thankful that it is FINALLY October!! October is my most favorite month out of the entire year!! I am blissfully happy for no reason. It being October is enough to make me smile!

I am thankful for the cooler weather. I really hate being hot, so I am not a fan of the summer months. Last night I left my window open while I was sleeping and I got the BEST nights sleep that I have gotten in awhile.

I am thankful for the time I am going to get to spend with Bailee this upcoming weekend! Eric and his parents are going to Idaho for some family function and so Miss Bee is going to be solo-ing it with her Mama! I am really excited!! We are going to have tons of fun doing Mommy/Daughter things... like shopping, movies, and if the weather is nice...Lagoon!! I am looking forward to a weekend spent as just Bailee and I!

One thing I am NOT thankful for is... My Birthday. I am NOT looking forward to turning another year older. I can't believe I am getting closer and closer to 30. It sickens me... Oh well... everyone goes through it.
